CUCUMBER-LEMON GIN
Why should food have all the fun? Let liquors take a turn with fresh, seasonal ingredients. You'll find the results are perfect for making summer cocktails in a snap. This infused booze is great simply mixed with seltzer or ginger ale, but try it in a Cucumber Southside Fizz for something special.

SOUTHSIDE
Many unconfirmed reports of this cocktail's creation exist. Some believe it came from Chicago's South Side during Prohibition; others think that it comes from the Southside Sportsmen's Club on Long Island. Manhattan's 21 Club also claims it as its own creation. There, they serve it long in a Collins glass over ice with a mint spring for garnish.

GIN: SOUTHSIDE FIZZ
The fizz comes from the soda. The buzz comes from the gin. The cool comes from the muddled mint.
