CROCKPOT CHRISTMAS NUT CLUSTERS
If you have teenagers in the house, divide this up into gift tins, freeze it and hide it. They will get up in the middle of the night to sneak a piece. This is a true "fix it and forget it" recipe.

Steps:
- 1. Layer all ingredients in a large crockpot (starting with peanuts).
- 2. Turn the pot on low, cover with lid, and leave sitting for 2 hours.
- 3. Remove lid and stir to combine. Replace lid and leave sitting for another 30 minutes.
- 4. Stir again and then spoon mixture on to wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil. Allow to harden for at least 1 hour.
- 5. Put into gift containers and freeze if needed. Enjoy!

- Place first 4 ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl; microwave, covered, at 50% power until melted, 5-6 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in cashews., Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined pans; let stand until set. Store in an airtight container.

- In a large heavy saucepan over low heat, cook and stir the chocolates until melted. Remove from heat; stir in cashews and toffee bits. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes or until set. Store in an airtight container.

SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE CANDY

Steps:
- Put the peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Layer the chocolate over the peanuts, beginning with the sweet chocolate, followed by the chocolate chips and then the almond bark. Set the temperature on low and cook for 3 hours. Do not stir the mixture. After 3 hours, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth. Drop the candy into cupcake pan liners using about 2 tablespoons per liner. Allow the candy to cool completely before removing the cupcake liners.
