4 oz. Italian turkey sausage
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped red peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 cup tightly packed fresh spinach, chopped
2 Tbsp. banana pepper rings, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook sausage with onions, peppers and garlic in large skillet until sausage is done; drain. Cool slightly.
  • Mix Neufchatel, Parmesan, milk, dressing and sour cream in large bowl. Add sausage mixture, spinach and banana peppers; stir. Spread into a 9-inch quiche dish or deep-dish pie plate.
  • Bake 30 min. or until hot and bubbly.

1 pound ground Italian sausage
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 chopped green peppers
2 onions, chopped
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chile peppers
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

Steps:

  • Place italian sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together sausage, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, green chile peppers, sour cream and cream cheese. Transfer mixture to a slow cooker. Cook on high heat approximately 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender. Reduce heat and simmer until serving.
