- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Place in a greased 3-cup baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Stir before serving.

- 1. In a large bowl, stir together chili powder, oregano and butter. Add chicken and stir to coat.
- 2. Add corn, rice, cheese, onion and parsley; stir to evenly combine all ingredients.
- 3. Spread mixture into a 13x9" glass baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- 4. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 40-45 minutes, or until edges are bubbling and chicken is cooked. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and bacon; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in zucchini; cook 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain. Add corn, 1 cup cheese, sour cream and peppers; mix well.
- Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 15 min. or until cheese is melted and vegetable mixture is heated through; stir. Sprinkle with cilantro.
