ORANGE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

Orange Cream Cheese Spread image

"Here's a smooth fluffy spread that couldn't be easier to make-it has only four ingredients," reports Lois Gelzer of Standish, Maine. "Try it as a topper on oven-fresh muffins or pumpkin bread. It lends a zingy orange taste to toast and bagels at breakfast, too."

ORANGE CREAMSICKLE JELLO FLUFF

Orange Creamsickle Jello Fluff image

I stole this recipe from my grandmother years ago. I have served it at various pot lucks ever since. You won't be disappointed when you try this recipe! Super easy to make. You may vary on flavors and have fun with it! You could also put this in graham cracker pie crusts and make a pie out of it!

Time 2h5m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg philidelphia cream cheese
2 pkg cool whip
1 can(s) mandarin oranges 15 ounce (or 2 cans based on preference)
1 can(s) crushed pineapple - 20 ounce
1 pkg coconut
1/2 bag(s) mini marshmallows
2 box orange jell-o

Steps:

  • 1. With a hand mixer blend 1 package of cream cheese with 2 tubs of Cool Whip. Once blended, add the 2 boxes of jello. Then blend coconut into mixture. Next gently blend in 1 can of drained crushed pineapple (I blend on low speed just until evenly mixed into cream cheese mixture-if blended too much, it will make the mixture soupy).
  • 2. Gently fold into mixture drained Mandarin Oranges and Marshmallows.
  • 3. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. (I prefer to let set overnight for flavors to set.) You can get into this right away after mixing. The mixture should not be soupy or runny. It should have a "Mousse-like" texture. Enjoy!
