- In bread machine pan, place the first seven ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed). Just before the final kneading (your machine may audibly signal this), add cranberries and orange peel.

- In a small bowl, combine the cranberries, brown sugar and molasses; let stand for 1 hour. Stir in 1 cup warm water. , In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in remaining warm water. Add honey; let stand for 5 minutes. Beat in the butter, salt, allspice, whole wheat flour, 1 cup all-purpose flour and cranberry mixture until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a large bowl coated with cooking spray, turning once to coat top. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour., Punch dough down and turn onto a floured surface; shape into a loaf. Place in a 9x5-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. , Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool.

- Place white whole wheat flour, water, agave syrup, oil, flax seeds, vital wheat gluten, yeast, and salt in a bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Run "dough" cycle. Add cranberries, hazelnuts, almonds, and pistachios during the second kneading cycle.
- Grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan. Remove dough from the machine. Punch down gently and form into a loaf. Place in the pan. Cover and let rise until almost doubled, about 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake in the preheated oven until top of the loaf is golden brown, about 40 minutes.

- Select loaf size recommended by the manufacturer of your machine.
- Measure all ingredients except Cream Cheese Spread into bread machine pan in the order that the machine manufacturer suggests.
- Select the lightest crust setting.
- Process on basic bake cycle.
- Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
- Serve with Cream Cheese Spread.
- Cream Cheese Spread: Beat cream cheese, softened, sugar, grated orange peel and dash of ground mace with electric mixer on low speed or with spoon.
- Refrigerate any remaining spread.
