Love salads in the summer ~ to hot to cook and so healthy for us. This one is very good and different one to whip up ! Hope you enjoy it!!

Steps:
- Salad: Cut up romaine. Add rest of ingredients. Toss with Poppy Seed Dressing.
- Note: If making ahead of serving, add lemon juice to pear and apple cubes in Ziploc bag. Refrigerate.

- In a blender, combine the cranberries, orange, sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard and onion. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Refrigerate.

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook and stir almonds in butter until lightly toasted. Remove from heat, and let cool.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, onion, paprika, white wine vinegar, cider vinegar, and vegetable oil. Toss with spinach just before serving.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach with the toasted almonds and cranberries.
