8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/3 cup dried cranberries finely (chopped)
1/3 cup green onions (chopped)
1/2 cup pecans finely (chopped)
Crackers for serving

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese together. Fold in the cranberries and green onions. Drop cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and fold up. Roll into a ball and place in fridge for at least an hour.
  • Just before serving, roll in the pecans. Serve with crackers.

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
4 oz. goat cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped dried cranberries

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and goat cheese until blended.
  • Shape into 12 balls, using 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture for each ball. Place on sheet of waxed paper.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Roll cheese balls, 1 at a time, in nut mixture, turning to evenly coat all sides of each ball with nut mixture. Place on serving plate.

1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) white shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1-1/3 cups chopped pecans, toasted, divided
1 cup dried cranberries, divided
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • Beat cheddar cheese, cream cheese, butter and mustard until blended. Fold in 1/3 cup pecans and 1/2 cup dried cranberries. Spread remaining pecans and dried cranberries in an even layer on a 12x12-in. piece of plastic; place cheese mixture on top of cranberry mixture. Bring corners of plastic up over cheese ball and shape into a ball. Refrigerate at least 1 hour., Remove from refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
