CRAB DABS

Steps:
- Remove any shell or cartilage from crab meat and chop into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients except bacon, mix thoroughly.
- Chill 30 minutes.
- Portion crab mixture with a tablespoon, shape into small rolls.
- Wrap bacon around crab rolls.
- Secure with toothpicks.
- Broil about 4 inches from heating element 6-7 minutes or until bacon is crisp Turn carefully, broil 4-5 minutes longer until bacon is crisp.

Steps:
- Step 1. In large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion, lemon pepper, garlic salt, lemon zest and juice.
- Step 2. Pull apart crab meat into small shredded pieces and add to mixture. Mix all together, being sure to incorporate all of cheeses.
- Step 3. Make small balls and place a half piece of bacon around each ball. Place on broiler pan, seem side down. Fill pan leaving half an inch in-between each ball.
- Step 4. Bake 375* for 30 minutes or until bacon is golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and place on serving tray.
