1/4 c water
1 c cottage cheese
2 T butter
1 egg
1 T sugar
1/4 t baking soda
1 t salt
3 c bread flour
1 pkg yeast ( 2 1/2 t )

Steps:

  • Put cottage cheese, water, butter, egg, baking soda, sugar and salt in bread machine. Add flour and make a well in flour and add yeast. Turn on machine.

1 tablespoon butter

2 cups bread flour
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons yeast

Steps:

  • Add ingredients in manufacturer's suggested order.
  • Basic bread cycle.
  • This makes a 2 lb loaf.
