1 fluid ounce tequila
1 dash Rose's lime juice
3 ounces cranberry juice (2 shots)
1 slice lime (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, lime juice and cranberry juice. Shake several times. Strain into martini glass, garnish and serve.

Steps:

  • To a martini shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

16 mint leaves
2 limes, sliced into eighths
8 teaspoons sugar
1 liter seltzer water
4 ounces white rum (optional)

Steps:

  • In 4 highball glasses, add 4 mint leaves, 4 pieces of lime, and 2 teaspoons sugar to each glass. Muddle in the bottom of the glass using a muddler or a wooden spoon. Add ice to each glass, top with the seltzer water, and stir. Add 1-ounce rum to each glass, if desired.

1 ounce cranberry juice
3/4 ounce orange-infused vodka
3/4 ounce Cointreau liqueur
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
orange peel, twist for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine the first 6 ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously; strain into a glass.
  • If serving frozen, combine the first 6 ingredients in a blender with ¾ cup ice; blend briefly until smooth; pour into a glass.
  • Garnish with an orange peel twist.
