FAUX SWEET BABY RAY'S BBQ SAUCE
I was recently asked by someone if I had a recipe for a clone of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. He was unable to find it locally. I haven't made/tried it, but it looks like it might be close. Not sure if it'll give the same dark color as the original. Also included here is a Rub recipe this is supposed to be secret...Hmmmmm? Haven't made it either, but ingredients look right.

Steps:
- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a non-reactive sauce pan and simmer for 20~30min. Let cool and into your fridge for at least a day.
- Mix all the ingredients together and store in an air tight container until needed. **If you are going to use this on ribs, chicken, pork, etc. try seasoning the meat with the actual dry rub before cooking then slather on the sauce.
