4 cups Honey Nut Chex™ cereal
3 cups vanilla Yogurt Burst™ Cheerios™ cereal
2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal
1 1/2 cup raisins
1 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix cereals, raisins and pecans.
  • In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter uncovered on High 30 seconds to 1 minute or until melted; stir in honey, orange peel and cinnamon. Pour over cereal mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Spread evenly in ungreased broiler pan or 15x10x1-inch pan.
  • Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until mixture is glazed, stirring once during bake time. Spread on foil to cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store in tightly covered container.

This cinnamon sugar chex mix is SO GOOD. It's super easy to make, and the buttery crunch is insanely addictive!

8 cups Rice Chex Cereal
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated white sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 275F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix together the white sugar and the cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • In a glass measuring cup, melt the butter in the microwave. Add the brown sugar, mix well, and return the microwave for another 20 to 30 seconds (watch to make sure it doesn't bubble over). Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour the Chex cereal into a large bowl, then drizzle the sauce over top. Use a spatula to gently mix until the Chex is evenly coated.
  • Spread the Chex mix onto the parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mix evenly over the Chex.
  • Bake at 275F for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes (lift and turn with a metal spatula).

1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal
1 pouch (12.6 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cookie Mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips
1 1/4 cups Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Frosting (from 16-oz container)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Place cereal in 1-quart resealable food-storage plastic bag. Using flat bottom of measuring cup, coarsely crush cereal. Set aside.
  • In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, softened butter and egg until soft dough forms. Stir in crushed cereal and white vanilla baking chips. Drop dough by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls 2 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are set and golden brown (centers will be soft). Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • For each sandwich cookie, spread generous tablespoonful frosting on bottom of 1 cookie. Top with second cookie, bottom side down; gently press together. Store covered in airtight container with waxed paper between layers.

11 whole cinnamon graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces
1 package (17.9 ounces) Crispix cereal
1 cup miniature pretzels
1 cup pecan halves
2/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1 cup vanilla or butterscotch chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine graham crackers, cereal, pretzels and pecans. Combine butter and honey; drizzle over graham cracker mixture and mix well. Transfer to two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely. Stir in chips.
