Steps:
- Cook noodles, rinse and drain.
- Brown meat in oil.
- Stir in tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce.
- Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions, pepper, then beat.
- Spread half of noodles in a 2-quart greased casserole or baking dish.
- Build layers of cheese, meat, and noodles until all are used or casserole is filled.
- Pour butter over top, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef, onion and celery.
- Add mushrooms. Mix together.
- Blend margarine, stuffing mix and 1 1/3 cups of water.
- In a 2 quart casserole, layer half of meat mixture and then all of stuffing mixture.
- Cover with remaining meat mixture.
- Blend 1/4 cup of water with soup and pour over casserole.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese the last 15 minutes of baking.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Brown beef; add onion, catsup, Worcestershire, tomatoes, bell pepper and parsley. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and rinse in hot water. Combine macaroni, beef mixture and soup in bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Freezes well.
