- Simmer till liquid is reduced by half.
- Add orange juice, honey, lemon zest and juice.
- Cook further 5 minutes or until aromatic.
- Put orange slices into 4 tall glasses.
- Pour tea through a strainer into glasses.
- Serve warm.
