2 1/2 cups strong coffee
2 teaspoons sugar
2/3 cup cream
4 scoops coffee ice cream
1 (1 liter) bottle Coke

Steps:

  • Sweeten coffee with sugar, and chill.
  • Mix coffee and cream.
  • Fill 4 glasses half full.
  • Add one scoop of ice cream to each glass.
  • Top with coke.
  • Get ready for a big taste punch!

Seltzer water
Coffee ice cream

Steps:

  • In a tall glass, mix together the chocolate syrup and the Kahlua. Add enough seltzer water to fill the glass 2/3 full and stir well. Add a scoop of coffee ice cream and serve.

8 ounces ground coffee (Starbucks)
24 ounces filtered water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon semi-sweet cocoa powder

Steps:

  • Brew Coffee double-strength using 8 oz (1CUP) Ground Coffee to 24 oz (3CUPS) Water.
  • After brewing is complete ~ pour into a pitcher.
  • Add 24 OZ. (3CUPS) ICE to pitcher and let cool.
  • Place 2 scoops of ice-cream in each bowl.
  • Pour 1/4 Cup Chilled Iced Coffee over Ice-Cream.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 TBS. Cocoa Powder over Ice-Cream.
