1 pint super premium coffee ice cream
Chilled beer mug
1 (22-ounce) bottle chocolate stout, chilled (recommended: Brand Rogue Chocolate Stout)
Fresh whipped cream, for garnish
Shaved chocolate curls, for garnish
Cherries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Add 2 large scoops of ice cream to a chilled beer mug. Top with the cold chocolate stout beer. Garnish with a dollop of fresh whipped cream, some shaved chocolate curls, and a cherry.

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
4 salted pretzel rods
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup nondairy whipped topping
4 scoops cherry chocolate chip ice cream
1 (12-ounce) bottle root beer
1 (12-ounce) bottle cream soda

Steps:

  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips. Dip the tips of the pretzel rods in the chocolate and place upright in a glass in the freezer for 1 hour. Set the remaining melted chocolate aside.
  • Combine the vanilla extract and whipped topping. For each float, place 2 scoops of ice cream into tall float glass. Add 6 ounces root beer and 6 ounces cream soda to each glass. Top with the vanilla-flavored whipped topping. Remove pretzel rods from freezer and place in Root Beer Float. Garnish with extra drizzle of melted chocolate and serve immediately.
