Steps:
- Cut the bread into 1-inch (2 ½ cm) cubes.
- Dice peeled apples into small bite-size pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the bread, apples, sugar, and cornstarch.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour egg mixture into the bread bowl.
- Give the ingredients a good stir, then pour into a 9x13-inch (33 cm X 23 cm) greased baking tray.
- Drizzle with maple syrup.

- Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Set it aside.
- Pour the butter on the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch (22cm x 33cm) glass baking dish. Spread the cinnamon roll pieces evenly over the butter. Then pour the mixture over the cinnamon rolls. Pour 1 cup of maple syrup over the mixture.
- Bake at 375°F(190°C) for 25 min.
- Top with the icing from the cinnamon rolls.

- Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray to coat. Layer 4 slices bread on the bottom of the baking dish; sprinkle with 1/2 of the apples. Repeat layers.
- Combine eggs, half-and-half, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Mix well. Pour over the bread. Cover with foil and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
- Pull out of the refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Mix butter, brown sugar, pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a bowl. Spread over the top layer of apples.

- Bring white sugar, brown sugar, and butter to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat; boil, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
- Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a buttered 9x13-inch baking pan. Layer 1/2 of the bread slices on top of the mixture. Pour another 1/3 of the sugar mixture on top of the first layer of bread, then add remaining bread slices and set aside. Reserve remaining sugar mixture.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare 13 x 9 dish with cooking spray.
- Remove rolls from can (feel free to use the reduced fat, non-"Grands" version). Separate into rolls and then cut each roll into 8 pieces. Place cut rolls in prepared dish. Set included icing aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine egg beaters, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour over rolls.
- Sprinkle with walnuts.
- Drizzle with maple syrup.
- Bake 20 to 28 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.
- Remove covers from icing. Microwave 10 to 15 seconds and then drizzle over particially cooled casserole. Enjoy!
- Serve with additional maple syrup if desired (I never have needed it.).

Crunchy on top... moist in the middle. I love this recipe! There is nothing I love more than the smell of this bake in the A.M. The original recipe was from a "Taste Of Home Special Addition" magazine but just as I do with any recipe I make I always change it a little to make it my own. Enjoy!

- 1. Place bread cubes in a greased 13 in x 9 in baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
