2 (8 ounce) cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar

Steps:

  • With a 13 x 9" baking pan, greased, open 1 can of the Pillsbury Cresent Dinner Rolls, and spread evenly on the bottom of the pan. Sealing the points where former rolls were. This forms the bottom crust.
  • In a mixer, beat cream cheese, vanilla and egg and 1/2 cup sugar on medium speed until well blended.
  • Spread cheese mixture evenly on the top of the crust.
  • Unroll the second Pillsbury Cresent Dinner Rolls package, put on a 13 x 9" wax paper, and press and seal the ends of the rolls.
  • Invert the dough to the top of the cheese, to form a top crust.
  • Bake at 350 F, for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Combine the last 1/2 cup sugar with the cinnamon, and sprinkle on top while still warm.
  • Serve.

2 salted butters, softened
2 cups light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 cream cheese, softened, 1 block
1 egg
3 tablespoons lime juice
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ cup sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Then, add in the eggs and vanilla.
  • Once combined, add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix gently until you have a smooth dough. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, lime juice and sugar until smooth. Set aside.
  • In another small bowl, mix together the cinnamon, chili powder and remaining ¼ cup of sugar. Set aside.
  • Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • First, sprinkle a third of the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Spread half of the dough over the cinnamon sugar layer. Then sprinkle another third of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the dough layer.
  • Add all of the cream cheese mixture, in a layer, next.
  • Then, spread or plop the remaining cookie dough mixture over the cream cheese layer. Top with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Bake in a 350°F oven for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown and no longer jiggly in the middle.
  • Cool and serve.

1 cup water
3 tablespoons butter
1 pinch salt
1 cup flour
3 eggs
8 oz cream cheese, 2 packs, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 packet unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup (60 ml) cold water
1 cup whipped cream
sugar, to taste
cinnamon, to taste

Steps:

  • In a saucepan combine water, butter and salt, bring to boil. Add the flour and mix well.
  • Cook for a few minutes while stirring and remove from heat.
  • Add the eggs one by one, beating well between each addition.
  • Transfer the dough to a bag with a nozzle and pipe a large spiral on the base of a springform pan.
  • Freeze the base until it is firm.
  • Preheat a large pot of oil to 350˚F (175˚C). Make sure the pot is wide enough for the entire churro base to fit!
  • Fry the churro base until it is golden brown on both sides.
  • Transfer it to a plate and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste. Place the churro base in the springform pan and reserve.
  • For the filling, in a bowl, beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla and hydrated gelatin until smooth. Then fold in the whipped cream.
  • Pour the mixture on the churro base and refrigerate for 4 hours or until it is firm. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste.

3/4 cup sugar, divided
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended.
  • Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar; sprinkle half onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Unroll 1 can crescent dough on lightly floured surface; firmly press perforations and seams together to seal. Roll out dough to 13x9-inch rectangle; place in prepared pan. Spread with cream cheese mixture.

12 potsticker wrappers
Sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp lemon zest
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Steps:

  • Vegetable oil for frying Fold a 10"x10" sheet of aluminum foil in half, and then in half again. Then fold it over on itself in the other direction. Roll the foil into a small pipe/cigar shape, to form a cannoli mold. Repeat six times. Wrap a wonton wrapper around the mold, sealing it with a dab of water. Repeat six times. Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat, until it reaches 325*F. Fry the cannoli shells until golden, about a minute. Allow them to cool, and pull them off the molds. Combine the cinnamon and sugar and roll the shells in them. Repeat, creating another six shells. Mash the strawberries until a puree forms. Add the sugar, vanilla, cream cheese and lemon zest and combine completely. Add in the whipped cream, folding it in gently. Spoon the filling into a piping bag fitted with a star tip, and pipe the filling into the shells.

2 can(s) pillsbury crescent dinner rolls (i used the butter flake kind)
2 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c sugar, divided
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Using a hand mixer or a kitchenaid, beat together the cream cheese, vanilla, partially beaten egg, and ½ cup sugar until smooth.
  • 2. Mix together the rest of the sugar (1/2 cup) and 2 tablespoons cinnamon. Set aside.
  • 3. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray and sprinkle ¼ cup (or half) of your cinnamon sugar mixture evenly into the bottom of the 9×13.
  • 4. On a piece of parchment paper, roll out your crescent dinner roll dough into a big 9×13 square and press the seams together so the dough is completely sealed. Set the dough in the bottom of your 9×13 baking dish on top of the cinnamon sugar.
  • 5. Spread the cheesecake evenly on top of your dough and unroll the other can of crescent dough and place on top also making sure that the seams are completely sealed.
  • 6. Sprinkle the top with the remaining ¼ cup of cinnamon sugar mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
