These Blue Cheese Grilled Potatoes are a quick and easy recipe that goes perfectly with your favorite hamburger or grilled chicken recipe.

5 medium sized potatoes
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon hot sauce
½ cup blue cheese salad dressing
Chives to garnish, optional

Steps:

  • Heat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
  • Slice the potatoes into ½" thick slices.
  • Pour the olive oil into a small dish.
  • Dip the potatoes into the olive oil and coat each side evenly with the olive oil. Place them on a plate to transfer them to the grill.
  • Place the potatoes right onto the grill.
  • Grill each side for 15 minutes or until crispy.
  • Garnish with chives, optional.
  • Combine the blue cheese salad dressing with the hot sauce in a small dish. Mix until ingredients are completely blended together.
  • Serve immediately. Top with chives if desired.

Large slices of baking potatoes that are lightly brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with Mrs. Dash®, and grilled to perfection. A delicious alternative to your plain baked potato! Works great on indoor or outdoor grills.

2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed and patted dry
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided, or to taste
½ teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash®), or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Cut a small slice off the bottom of each potato to prevent them from rolling back and forth on the cutting board. Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch slices on the widest side.
  • Lay slices flat on a large cookie sheet. Lightly brush one side with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Place potatoes on the hot grill, seasoned side-down. Brush with remaining tablespoon oil and sprinkle seasoning over the second side. Close lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.

4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
½ tablespoon vegetable oil
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon mustard powder
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of cayenne

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and place the wedges in a large bowl. Cover the potatoes with water and allow to soak for 10 minutes. Strain the potatoes and dry each wedge, then return to the bowl.
  • Toss the potatoes with the vegetable oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine the paprika, salt, sugar, mustard powder, chili powder, cumin, pepper, garlic, and cayenne. Whisk to mix.
  • Add the seasoning mixture to the bowl and toss the potatoes to coat.
  • Spread the potatoes in an even layer over a large baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through the cook time, until the potatoes are golden brown on each side.
