GRINCH KABOBS
Steps:
- Cut the stems off all the strawberries.
- Slice the bananas to a medium thickness (if they're not thick enough, they'll break putting them on the skewers).
- Toss the bananas in lemon juice to slow down the browning process.
- Slide the grapes down onto the skewer slightly more than you need to.
- Slide on the banana slice, followed by the strawberry and top with the marshmallow.
- Slide the grape up slowly (so you don't break the bananas).
- Serve!

- 2. To keep the bananas from turning brown, just squeeze some lemon juice over them. You can use fresh or bottled lemon juice. This works on all fruit that tends to discolor after cutting like apples too.

Steps:
- For the spice mix: Mix together the salt, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, oregano and thyme in a small bowl.
- For the skewers: Pat the cubes of meat dry and sprinkle generously with the spice mix. Place into large plastic resealable bags and allow to sit in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
- Prepare a grill for medium-high heat. Thread a chunk of meat on each skewer, followed by a chunk of red pepper, green pepper and onion; repeat this pattern 3 times on each skewer.
- Grill the skewers until medium rare, 4 to 7 minutes.
