Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
- 2. Cut each patty in half.
- 3. Open and unroll the crescent rolls. Separate the triangles. Place each sweet potato patty on the wide end of each triangle.
- 4. As you roll up each sweet potato half in the crescent roll, tuck the ends in. They don't have to be perfect, they don't have to be sealed so it's okay if the sweet potatoes aren't completely covered.
- 5. After you finish rolling them up, place them in a 9x13" glass baking dish with the pointy end of the crescent roll facing down.
- 6. In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and corn starch. Mix well. Add the butter. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.
- 7. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- 8. Pour the sugar mixture over the dumplings.
- 9. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- 10. Bake in the preheated 350° F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
- 11. Let sit 15-20 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place sweet potatoes and green onions on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and spread out evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven until soft, about 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook chorizo in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, breaking apart with a wooden spoon, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain any excess fat; transfer chorizo to a bowl and set aside to cool. Wipe out the skillet and return it to the stove.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl. Heat butter in the skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in eggs and scramble until just set, 3 to 5 minutes. Scrape eggs into a bowl and let cool.
- Line up tortillas in assembly-line fashion. Divide chorizo between the 8 tortillas. Top each with a portion of sweet potato-onion mixture, scrambled eggs, 1 tablespoon salsa, and queso fresco. Fold the bottom of each tortilla up over the filling, then fold in both sides and roll up burritos.
- Flip burritos so they are seam side-down. Wrap each individually with aluminum foil and place into a resealable plastic bag.

Steps:
- Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili sauce in a small mixing bowl for dipping sauce. Set aside.
- Combine pork, leeks, mushrooms, garlic, rice wine, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
- Take one round dumpling wrapper and put 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture on 1/2 of the wrapper. Leave approximately 1/8 inch space from the end of the dumpling. Using a brush or your finger, apply a thin coat of water all along the open space. Fold the wrapper over and push down, so the two sides get "glued" together and form a half moon. Use a fork to pinch down on the edges of the half moon to seal. Repeat to make remaining dumplings.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Place the dumplings into the pan in one layer; do not overcrowd. Cook the dumplings for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Without flipping the dumplings, pour about 4 tablespoons of water into the pan and cover immediately. Allow the dumplings to steam until the water has evaporated and the meat inside has cooked, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove the lid and pour remaining tablespoon of oil into the pan and let the dumplings crisp up from the bottom; do not flip-gyoza should only be crisp on one side and steamed on the other. Place the dumplings browned-side up on a plate. Repeat with remaining dumplings and more oil as necessary. Serve with the dipping sauce.

Steps:
- Heat 2 teaspoons canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, carrots, and cabbage; saute until slightly soft, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl; cool for 15 minutes. Add chicken, brown sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, five-spice powder, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until filling is well combined.
- Separate and place wonton wrappers onto your work surface. Spoon about 1 1/2 teaspoons of the filling onto the center of each wrapper. Use your finger or a pastry brush to lightly moisten edges with water. Fold one corner over the filling onto the opposite corner to form a triangle. Fold 2 corners over to meet in the center; press together, squeezing out as much air from the center as you can.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Set a wire rack on a baking sheet.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in the same skillet over medium heat. Add 6 to 8 potstickers; cook until golden brown, flipping once halfway, 4 to 5 minutes. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons chicken broth to the skillet. Steam, covered, until potstickers are no longer pink on the inside, about 1 minute. Transfer to the wire rack.
- Place baking sheet in the preheated oven to keep potstickers warm. Cook remaining potstickers with the remaining oil and chicken broth.
