16 oz regular cream cheese (2 packages or 500g, room temperature)
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 cup white chocolate chips
4 tablespoons cream
3/4 cup loosely packed brown sugar
3/4 cup powdered icing sugar

Steps:

  • With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in brown sugar and powdered sugar and beat until smooth.

CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE BALL

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball image

Your guests are in for a sweet surprise when they try this chocolate chip cheese ball-it tastes just like cookie dough! Rolled in chopped pecans, this chip-studded spread is wonderful on regular or chocolate graham crackers. ENGLISH TOFFEE BALLS

English Toffee Balls image

I found this recipe in THe Pilsbury Family Christmas Cookbook. This has quickly become a family favorite. It doesn't have eggs in the dough like most cookie recipes, so if you or a loved one likes to eat the dough, it's safe. We always put these on our Christmas cookie baking list. They're easy to make and sinfully delicious.
