8 oz cream cheese, 1 package, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup powdered sugar, plus 1 tablespoon, divided
18 strawberries
2 cups pancake mix
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
oil, for frying

Steps:

  • In a bowl, add the cream cheese, vanilla, and ½ cup (80 g) of powdered sugar, and mix thoroughly.
  • On a cutting board, cut the stem off of the strawberry. Using a ¼ teaspoon, scoop out the center of the strawberry. Fill the center of the strawberry with the cream cheese filling. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries.
  • In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, milk, and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a medium pot over medium heat until the temperature reaches 365˚F (185˚C).
  • Using a fork, coat the stuffed strawberries in the batter. Fry 2 strawberries at a time, about two minutes. Remove the strawberries from the oil with a slotted spoon and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • Dust with powdered sugar.

2 cups vegan dark chocolate
2 cups vegan white chocolate
2 tablespoons Garnish, of your choice
1 egg carton

Steps:

  • Line a 9-inch (23 cm) baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop the top half of the strawberries off. Hollow out the insides, then place the strawberries in the egg carton.
  • Melt the dark chocolate. Transfer to a piping bag.
  • Fill the strawberries with the melted dark chocolate and cover them with the top halves again.
  • Chill for 5 minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate.
  • Dip the strawberries in the melted white chocolate, then sprinkle with the topping of your choice.

18 oz chocolate fudge brownie mix, 1 box, prepared according to package instructions
24 large strawberries
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup mini chocolate chips
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup high quality dark chocolate
1 cup high quality white chocolate
8 cookies and cream dipped cookie sticks
8 chocolate dipped cookie sticks
8 strawberry dipped cookie sticks
4 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
3 tablespoons red sprinkles
3 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry, crushed

Steps:

  • Prepare the brownies according to the package instructions, then remove from the oven and let cool in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  • While the brownies cool, use a melon baller or teaspoon to scoop out the tops and centers of each strawberry. Set each strawberry in the cup of a mini muffin tin.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric hand mixer until soft. Add the mini chocolate chips, vanilla, and cooled brownies and stir until mixture has a thick, dough-like texture.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of the brownie mixture in your hands and roll it into a ball. Place the brownie truffle inside a strawberry. Repeating with remaining ingredients.

1 pint large strawberries
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon shortening, divided
1 ounce white baking chocolate
4 drops food coloring, optional

Steps:

  • Wash strawberries and gently pat with paper towels until completely dry. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semisweet chocolate and 1 tablespoon shortening at 50% power; stir until smooth. Dip each strawberry and place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze strawberries for 5 minutes., Meanwhile, microwave white chocolate and remaining shortening at 30% power until melted; stir until smooth. Stir in food coloring if desired. Drizzle over strawberries. Refrigerate until serving.
