1 can sweetened condensed milk ((14oz))
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups peanut butter
Optional: peanuts & chocolate chips for topping

Steps:

  • Line an 8x8 pan with foil.
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk & chocolate chips in a large bowl. Microwave 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in peanut butter stir until smooth.
  • Top with desired toppings and refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Lift out foil and cut into squares.

1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

4 to 5 tablespoons 2% milk

1 box (1 lb 2.3 oz) Betty Crocker™ fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan.
  • In small microwavable bowl, microwave peanut butter uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Drop 20 spoonfuls of peanut butter in 5x4 rows over brownie batter. For marbled design, pull knife through batter and filling about 1 inch apart; turn pan and repeat.
  • Bake 26 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. To cut warm brownies easily, use a plastic knife and short sawing motions. Store tightly covered.

Steps:

  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and frosting together for one minute.
  • Stir and heat for one more minute.
  • Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper. Pour mixture into a prepared 9x9 glass baking pan.
  • Smooth, then refrigerate fudge until hard.

1 cup evaporated milk
¼ cup cocoa
½ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • Butter one 9x9 inch pan.
  • Combine the sugar, evaporated milk and cocoa in saucepan. Stir over high heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Lower heat to medium and continue cooking to a soft ball stage.
