1 package German chocolate cake mix (regular size)
1/3 cup canola oil
1 large egg
FILLING:
1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cake mix, oil and egg; mix until blended. Reserve 1 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into a 13x9-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake until set, 10-12 minutes., For filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and reserved topping., Bake until set, 18-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.

1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ chocolate chip cookie mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 oz (half 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
1 egg

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, stir all ingredients until soft dough forms. Spread dough evenly in pan.
  • Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store in airtight container.

Yummy irrestiable bars made with cookie dough and cream cheese. OH so easy to make and OH so yummy.

2 (16 -18 ounce) packages of your favorite premade cookie dough (I prefer Nestle)
8 ounces of your favorite softened cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325*F.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
  • With one package of cookie dough tear apart and sprinkle over the entire bottom of the pan. Spaces between cookie dough is ok and preferred. Lightly pat down. **To help from cookie dough sticking to fingers wet hands before handling.
  • With Cream Cheese, Sugar, Vanilla and Eggs, lightly mix in mixer until creamy. Little chunks of cream cheese is ok. Pour mixture over cookie dough in pan. Spread out to fill all nooks and crankies with spatula.
  • With remaining cookie dough tear apart and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. As before spaces between cookie dough ok. Lightly pat down.
  • Place in oven for 30-35 minutes until even light browning on top or tooth pick comes out clean in middle.
  • Cut up into 15 large bars or 24 smaller ones. Eat and enjoy!

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 egg, beaten
½ cup butter, softened
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) package confectioners' sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cake mix, 1 egg and butter until well blended. The batter will be stiff. Crumble and press into the prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over, and press them into the crust slightly.
  • For the topping, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, 3 eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Spread over the chocolate chip layer.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

1 tube chocolate chip cookie refrigerated dough
1 pkg 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 egg

Steps:

  • 1. Cut coookie dough in half. For crust, press half of the dough onto the bootom of a greased 8 inch square baking pan.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  • 3. Crumble remaining dough over top. Bake at 350* for 35-40, or until pick inserted near the center comes out clean, let cool. Refrigerate leftovers. ENJOY!!

2 small pillsbury chocolate chip cookie logs (keep in fridge until ready to use)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix all filling ingredients till smooth.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a 9 x 13 pan take one or half of the log and push into pan until bottom is covered.
  • Add the filling spreading evenly over cookie dough.
  • Then with a little bit of flour take small 1 in pieces and flatten dough in hands and place on top of filling.
  • You dont have to cover the whole top leaving spaces to make marble effect.
  • Put in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
  • Cool before cutting or eating.
  • Refrigerate and keep unused portions covered in fridge to prevent spoilage.
