¾ cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 cup water
¾ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Sift flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Add milk, water, oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract; mix together until well combined. Pour into an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups water
3 teaspoons baking soda
