2 tablespoons Coconut M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies
5 (#16) scoops Vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup Liquid chai tea concentrate
2 tablespoons Half and half
1 dollop Whipped cream
1 teaspoon (garnish) Coconut M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies

Steps:

  • 1 In a blender, combine coconut M&M's, vanilla ice cream, chai tea concentrate, and half and half; blend until smooth. 2 To serve, fill 12-ounces old fashion soda glass with milkshake and top with dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with additional coconut M&M's®. 3 MENU SUGGESTIONS: For eye-catching visual appeal, use chocolate dessert sauce to make a spiral design on the interior of the glass before filling. 4 Menu the trend of decadence in small doses with a mini version of this milkshake.

Steps:

  • In blender, place milk and syrup. Cover and blend on high speed 2 seconds.
  • Add ice cream. Cover and blend on low speed about 5 seconds or until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.

¼ cup water
1 black tea bag
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, preferably Dutch-process
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
sweetened whipped cream
2 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks

Steps:

  • Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the tea bag, cover, and remove from the heat. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag and stir in the sugar and cocoa. Return to the stove over medium heat and bring just to a boil. Mix in the milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Heat through but do not boil. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick garnish.
