SHRIMP WONTON

Shrimp Wonton image

Shrimp wontons are another Cantonese snack. Only the people of Guangdong who love to eat and can eat can develop so many staple foods related to shrimps. Guangdong is really a paradise for me to wait for food, but now people can't go, DIY a bowl of shrimp wonton is not a problem. Here is a serious recommendation for children's shoes that have not been eaten, and you must try it! With fresh shrimp and fresh meat, this delicious taste will definitely make you scream, no, my family eats it twice in three days now, so you won't get tired of it.

Time 10m

Yield 4

Number Of Ingredients 9

200g pork
200g shrimp
1 package Wonton wrapper
1 small piece ginger
2 pieces Shallots
1 teaspoon Cooking Wine
1 teaspoon salt
2g pepper
1/3 teaspoon Vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Buy fresh shrimp and quick-frozen, then peel off the shell and remove the shrimp thread. The pork is fat and thin. The ratio of shrimp to pork filling is 1:1.
  • Wash the pork and shrimp separately and chop them into puree. The shrimp can be slightly larger and more chewy.
  • Add pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, cooking wine, minced ginger and chopped green onion to the filling
  • Stir the filling vigorously in one direction
  • Take a piece of wonton wrapper and wrap it in the right amount of filling. I like the big one, haha, it's enjoyable
  • Stagger the two corners of the wonton wrapper and fold it in half
  • Then squeeze the other two sides tightly in the middle to make a wonton like this
  • After the wontons are wrapped, put them on a clean plate, and boil a large pot of water while wrapping them in the pan.
  • After the water is boiled, add salt and a little vegetable oil, add the wontons and boil, turn to medium and low heat, so as to avoid the heat is too big and the skin will break through, or the inside will not be cooked, cook on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, turn off the heat and serve.
