A different twist on a chimichurri appetizer dip. Serve with raw veggies, pretzels, or other dipper.

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup packed chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup packed chopped fresh parsley
1 small shallot, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Whisk sour cream, olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, parsley, shallot, garlic, ginger together in a bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for 3 to 4 hours prior to serving to let flavors blend.

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil
1 cup fresh parsley
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup lemon juice
5 fresh oregano leaves
3 cloves garlic
2 green onions, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and well blended.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
