9 chicken breasts
4 cans Durkee French Fried Onions, crushed, I used 2 cans original & 2 cans cheddar flavor
Eggs, as needed for dredging
Flour, as needed for dredging

Steps:

  • Dip chicken breasts in egg, then flour, then again in the egg and then press into french fried onions, making sure to coat chicken well . Then place chicken on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

2 lbs sweet onions, sliced
salt and pepper
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin long strips
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 egg
1/4 cup grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
1 cup white wine or 1 cup rose wine
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sage
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 beef bouillon cube, crumbled
salt and pepper
1 box durkee French fried onion rings

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  • 2. For caramelized onion, place a skillet on very high heat, and drop onions in it. Let it cook for 4 minutes.
  • 3. Add maple syrup and mix well.
  • 4. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook for about 20 minutes or until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  • 5. For casserole, in a large mixing bowl, add caramelized onion, heavy cream, wine, and egg. Mix well.
  • 6. Drop thyme leaves, pepper, salt, bouillon cube, and flour.
  • 7. Throw garlic, sage and a little bit of grated cheese. Stir to combine.
  • 8. Place a frying pan on medium high heat, and melt butter in it. Swirl and spread it all over the pan.
  • 9. Drop chicken pieces and let them caramelize.
  • 10. Season it with salt and pepper. Flip and cook on other side.
  • 11. Grease a baking dish, and pour egg mixture in it.
  • 12. Place chicken on top, and sprinkle remaining cheese on top of dish.
  • 13. Top with Durkee Onion Rings.
  • 14. Put it in oven and bake for 45 minutes.

3 tablespoons oil
5 tablespoons durkee red hot sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
butter
lemon juice or vinegar
durkee red hot sauce

Steps:

  • Trim wings.
  • Mix together hot sauce, oil and vinegar.
  • Mix with wings and marinate 30 - 45 minute
  • Place wings on broiler pan in single layer. Broil 20 ~ 25 minute Turn often and brush with marinate till crispy.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 (16 ounce) can durkee's French fried onion rings

Steps:

  • Placed chicken breast between waxed paper and pounded until 1/4 inch thick. I butterfly them first.
  • Melt one stick margarine and add one tbs worchestershire sauce and 1 tsp dry mustard.
  • Crush one can Durkee's French Fried Onion Rings in a plastic bag.
  • Dip chicken in butter mixture and then in onion rings. Lay flat in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining onion rings before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
  • This recipe calls for the larger can of Durkee onions, You might need more or less depending on how much you coat each piece.

3 whole chickens, cut in half
1 pound margarine
2 tablespoons mustard
2 10 oz. jars Durkee's Dressing
2 tablespoons mustard
3/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 quart water, maybe a little more
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Melt margarine in large pan. Add Durkee's and mustard using a little water until blended. Add lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Water may vary. Allow chicken to brown on both sides before dipping in sauce.
