Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325*.
- Put shredded beef in bottom of greased 9x12 pan or carrerole (glass).
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each half chicken breast.
- Place breasts on top of beef. Sprinkle with pepper.
- Blend the soup with sour cream. Pour over each breast. Bake for 2 hours.

CINCINNATI CHICKEN - DELICIOUS!
Chicken breast, chipped beef, bacon, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Put them together and you'll have a delicious meal in 60-90 minutes! My daughter was a very picky eater but even at a young age this was one of her favorites. The leftovers (if there are any) are delicious too! Very easy recipe...even a first time cook can't mess this up.

Steps:
- 6 breast cut in half. Can be whatever size desired.
- Line casserole (9X13) with chipped beef.
- Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon (I like to pre-cook my bacon a little before wrapping) and place into the casserole on top of the chipped beef. In a bowl mix together sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Don't forget some of the bacon grease if you pre-cooked your bacon (for the added flavor.
- Spread mixture over the chicken breasts and sprinkle with pepper.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
- The extra gravy in the pan is great over mashed potatoes or a baked potato.
- This recipe is so easy and is a favorite whenever I make it for guests. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Crumble chipped beef and place in bottom of 9 by 13 baking dish.
- Wrap bacon around chicken breasts and sprinkle with pepper.
- Combine soup, sour cream, and cream cheese in blender or by electric mixer.
- Add mushrooms and pour over chicken breasts in casserole.
- Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
- Remove foil and add sauterne.
- Cook uncovered another hour.

- In large casserole dish, place a layer of dried beef slices, slightly overlapping each other.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each chicken breast and place on top of dried beef.
- In a saucepan, heat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and undiluted mushroom soup.
- Heat through until cream cheese is partially melted.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Sprinkle each breast with paprika.
- Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350.
- When serving, spoon soup mixture over each chicken breast and serve extra soup mixture in gravy boat or pitcher.

- Line large casserole dish with dried beef.
- Place chicken on top of dried beef.
- Mix soup and sour cream.

This is one of those dishes that you put together and go do something else for 3 hours. It's great for Sunday dinner or for a potluck. I make mine with cream of chicken soup. I imagine it will be just as tasty with mushroom, asparagus or other cream soups.

- 1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Spray a casserole dish large enough to hold 4-6 chicken breasts with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2. Tear the chipped beef and scatter on bottom of casserole dish.
- 3. Wrap each chicken breast with 1 slice uncooked bacon and place on top of chipped beef.
- 4. In a bowl, whisk together soup and sour cream. Pour mixture over the chicken breasts. Cover and bake for 3 hours.
