2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 can (5 ounces) white chicken, drained, or 3/4 cup cubed cooked chicken
2 tablespoons chopped onion

Steps:

  • Arrange crescent rolls on a 12-in. pizza pan, forming a ring with pointed ends facing the outer edge of pan and wide ends overlapping., Combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over wide ends of rolls. Fold points over filling and tuck under wide ends (filling will be visible). , Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Freeze option: Securely wrap cooled wreath in plastic and foil before freezing. To use, remove from freezer 30 minutes before reheating. Remove wreath from foil and plastic; reheat on a greased baking sheet in a preheated 325° oven until heated through.

1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustart
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, snipped
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1 can (10 ounce) chunck white chicken, drained and flaked
4 slices of bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
1 cup (4 ounces) finely chredded swiss chesse, divided
2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper
2 cups shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Snip parsley. Chops onion. Add pasley and onion to mayonnaise mixture; mix well. In another bowl, flake chicken with fork. Chap bacon, then add to chicken, and 3/4 cup of the cheese and 1/3 cup of the mayonnaise misture; mis well. Unroll crescent dough; separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on baking sheet with wide ends of triangles overlapping in the center and points toward the outside. There should be a 5 inch diamerter opening in the center of brunch ring. Using a spoon or small scoop, scoop chicken mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of rings. Filling will not be completely covered. Slice tomatoes using sharp knife, then cut slices in half. Place 1 tomato half over filling between openins of dough. Bake 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from oven; immediatley sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Using cutter, cut off top of bell pepper, discard top, membraines and seeds. Fill pepper with remaining mayonnaise misture; place in center of ring, Arrange lettuce around bell pepper, Cut into 8 servings.

1 cup cold water
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup salad dressing
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
lettuce leaf

Steps:

  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a large saucepan; let stand 1 minute.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves; remove from heat.
  • Stir soup and next 4 ingredients into gelatin mixture.
  • Chill until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg white.

10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
10 1/2 ounces cream of onion soup or 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
1 cup broccoli, chopped (not cooked)
1/4 cup bacon bits
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
32 ounces refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 small chopped onion (optional)

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken and onion soups, broccoli, bacon bits, and cheese. (substitute cream of mushroom soup for onion if desired, then add chopped onion).
  • Open cans of crescent rolls and divide them. On a round cookie sheet or stone, lay them in a ring. pointy side facing out, leaving a hole in the middle. Press firmly around to form groove for mixture to go into.
  • Spoon mixture into groove of crescent rolls. Pile it high!
  • Fold pointy ends of crescent rolls over top of the mixture, so that points meet in the middle hole.
  • Bake in preheated oven of 350°F for 30 minutes or crescent rolls are brown.
