- In a saucepan, melt the margarine. Add the garlic clove, mustard, onion, ranch rub, steak dust, honey and cola and bring to a simmer. Then add the Worcestershire, ketchup, lemons, and the hot sauce. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes and let it simmer down. Dip chicken in sauce and put on grill. Keep applying sauce onto chicken until cooked.
- Serve as well on side for brisket dippin! Dig in!

- Combine all Seasoned Flour Mixand set aside.
- Combine Batter ingredients.
- Heat Crisco to 365°F.

Steps:
- Boil chicken and shred. Crush 1 package Ritz crackers on bottom of baking dish. Add chicken.
- Mix soups and sour cream and pour on top of the chicken. Add peas and carrots. Crush the other package of Ritz crackers on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

LYNN'S FAVORITE JERK CHICKEN
This recipe came from my brother-in-law with a few variations from me. Wonderful and flavorful with very few carbs. If you like your jerk chicken spicey, add more crushed red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper. Cooking time does not reflect marinating time.

- Cut each chicken breast into 4-6 long pcs.
- Add marinade to chicken breasts.
- Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Can be grilled on barbecue or in broiler.
- Cook just until done, do not overcook. This will dry out if overcooked.

LORETTA LYNN'S CREAMY LEMON CHICKEN
I have made this tasty recipe for years; I originally got it out of a cookbook by that wonderful lady, country singer Loretta Lynn. You may want to add a smaller amount of lemon juice, as it is fairly prominent. However,when reheated the next day (if there are any leftovers!) the lemon flavor will have mellowed. I also often add one minced garlic clove when browning chicken. One of my husband and my favorite recipes!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 º. Melt butter in skillet. Cut chicken breasts into strips, and lightly dredge in flour mixture.
- Saute breasts in butter until golden. Transfer chicken and any juices to a small baking dish.
- Mix well the mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice; pour over chicken. Cover. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 350º, or until cooked through and tender.
- Zest chicken with 1/4 to 1/2 lemon, then sprinkle with cheese and green onion. Heat, uncovered, a few minutes until cheese is melted. Great served with extra-wide flat noodles!
