10 lasagna noodles
3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1-1/2 teaspoons herbes de Provence
1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon pepper, divided
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup 2% milk
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
4 cups spaghetti sauce
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Additional minced fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions., Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with herbs de Provence, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink; set aside., In a large bowl, combine ricotta, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley and remaining salt and pepper. Add chicken., Drain noodles. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Spread 1/3 cup chicken mixture over each noodle; carefully roll up. Place seam side down over sauce. Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese., Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover; top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Top with additional parsley if desired.

If desired the chicken may be replaced with cooked sausage meat, also the recipe may be doubled to 16 rolls --- make certain that the cooked chicken is very finely chopped --- prep time does not include cooking the noodles, the complete recipe may be prepared and refrigerated up to 24 hours in advance --- this is very good!

8 lasagna noodles, cooked, tossed with
2 tablespoons oil, to prevent sticking
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic (can use less)
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach (cooked according to package directions then hand-squeezed dry)
2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped (can use more)
3 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (can use 1-1/2 cups if desired)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (or to taste, or use 1/2 teaspoon white salt)
1 small egg, slightly beaten
1 pinch nutmeg (use very small pinch!)
black pepper (to taste)
2 1/2 cups prepared alfredo sauce (see Kittencal's Alfredo Sauce)
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (or to taste)

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease an 11 x 7-inch or a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • In a skillet melt butter over medium heat; add in the onions and saute stirring with wooden spoon for about 8 minutes or until lightly golden brown (adding in the garlic the last 2 minutes of cooking).
  • Add in drained spinach and saute for 2 minutes more mixing with a wooden spoon; transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in the cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, egg and pinch nutmeg; mix with wooden spoon until well combined, then season with black pepper to taste.
  • Place the cooked noodles on a wax paper lined flat surface.
  • Evenly divide the ricotta mixute into eight scoops on to a plate.
  • Spread about half of the alfredo sauce into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Spread one scoop onto one cooked lasagna noodle, then spread out with a spoon to cover the noodle completey.
  • Roll up starting at the short end.
  • Place seam side down on top of the sauce.
  • Repeat same method with remaining 7 noodles.
  • Sprinkle about 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (or to taste) on top of the noodles, then drizzle the remaining alfredo sauce on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
1 box lasagna noodle, cooked
mozzarella cheese
24 oz marinara sauce, 1 jar
fresh parsley, to taste

Steps:

  • Lightly season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then slice it into strips about ½ inch (1 cm) in thickness.
  • Dredge each piece of chicken in flour followed by egg and bread crumbs.
  • Quickly fry chicken strips in ½ inch (1 cm) of oil over medium heat, cooking for about 30 seconds each side to color the breading. Set cooked strips aside to drain on paper towels. (NOTE: The chicken will NOT be fully cooked after this stage.)
  • On a clean surface, assemble the roll-ups. Start by laying a cooked lasagna noodle flat. Using a spoon, spread marinara sauce on one end of the noodle. Next, add a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce followed by a piece of chicken. Starting from the end with the sauce on it, roll up the noodle like a sleeping bag towards the un-sauced side.
  • Place each roll-up into a large casserole dish that has been lightly covered with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups, then generously cover with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 350˚F (180˚C) for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and edges of lasagna noodle are slightly crisped.

16 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup finely chopped green onions
2 cups barbecue sauce
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1/4 cup sliced green onion greens
1/4 cup ranch dressing, if desired

Steps:

  • In 5-quart Dutch oven, cook lasagna noodles as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water. Drain well.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese, 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese and the Cajun seasoning with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. On low speed, add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in chicken and finely chopped green onions. Spread slightly less than 1/3 cup chicken mixture along center of each cooked lasagna noodle to within 1 inch of one short end. Roll up firmly toward unfilled end. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil. Place roll-ups seam side down in pan; cover loosely with foil. Freeze about 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Place frozen rolls in two labeled 1-gallon freezer bags. Freeze up to 3 months.
  • To bake 16 lasagna roll-ups, spray two 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dishes with cooking spray. Remove roll-ups from freezer bag; place 8 in each baking dish. Cover with foil; thaw in refrigerator at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.

9 lasagna noodles
2 1/2 cups alfredo sauce (recipe below)
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
oregano
garlic salt
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or 3 cups cheese, of your choice
1/2 cup butter
2 ounces cream cheese
2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2/3 cup parmesan cheese (use wedge-type, canned curdles and separates)

Steps:

  • To make the Garlic Alfredo Sauce: In a medium to large saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Add fresh minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add the cream cheese and whisk to smooth and melted. Whisk in the heavy cream.
  • Season with the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and whisk frequently until sauce thickens, around 15 minutes. Stir in the cheese and when melted, remove from heat. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
  • To assemble: Spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick spray and pour 1/2 cup alfredo sauce, or just enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Boil 8-10 cups water in a large pot, cook lasagne noodles until al dente. It is important part to drain and rinse the noodles with cold water to prevent them from sticking to each other. Then, lay out each noodle individually and blot dry with a paper towel.
  • Spread about 2 Tbs. alfredo sauce over each noodle. (refrain from placing too much sauce; you will have a big mess on your hands) Sprinkle oregano and garlic salt on top of sauce. Take 1/9 of the shredded chicken and spread it out evenly over each noodle. Add approximately 3 tablespoons cheese. To roll up, start at one end and roll the noodle over the toppings, lifting the noodle a little to prevent squishing out the inside ingredients while rolling.
  • Place the roll-ups in the prepared pan, one by one, seam-side down. Once they are all in the pan, pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the top. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted on top.

1 rotisserie chicken - skinned, deboned, and meat shredded
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
½ (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup diced onion
1 large egg, beaten
1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce

1/3 cup buffalo sauce (you can adjust this to your taste)
1 cup milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Pre-Heat oven to 375. Add lasagna to a large pot of boiling water. Cook just shy of al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large sauce pan over medium heat add in the cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles, and milk. Whisk until smooth. Sprinkle in the garlic and onion powder. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, half of the shredded cheese and buffalo sauce. Stir and set aside. To assemble, put a spoonful of the sauce on each piece of lasagna. Next, spread the chicken and buffalo sauce mixture evenly on top of the sauce and roll up. Put some of the sauce on the bottom of a casserole dish. Place each lasagna roll up onto the sauce. Pour the remaining sauce on the lasagna roll ups. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and extra buffalo sauce. Top with blue cheese crumbles. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips, divided
6 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce

Steps:

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Add 1/4 cup Parmesan and 2 Tbsp. basil; mix well. Spread chicken mixture onto noodles; roll up tightly.
  • Pour pasta sauce into large skillet. Add roll-ups, seam sides down. Spoon sauce over roll-ups; cover. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until heated through.

1 pound chicken breasts, shredded
1 cup Part-skim Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese/more for topping
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic
2 cups Alfredo Sauce
8 lasagna noodes, cooked

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees In a mixing bowl, mix the cooked chicken, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic. Spread a ladle or two of Alfredo Sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Lay out one lasagna noodle on a cutting board, spread about 1/4 cup of mixture along the noodle and roll up the noodle from one end to the other. Lay the roll seam side down in the pan on top of the alfredo sauce. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling, laying each on top of the sauce. Top with more alfredo sauce and as much mozzarella cheese as desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is browned slightly on top

1 stick butter
6 clove garlic minced
8 oz cream cheese
2 c heavy cream or half and half
8 oz parmesan cheese grated
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c shredded rotisserie chicken
8 lasagna noodles
1/4 c fresh basil chopped
fresh shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cook the lasagna noodles until soft but not all the way done. Drain and lay out on wax paper.
  • 2. Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a large pan add the butter and garlic and let the butter melt. Add the cream cheese and Ranch dressing mix. Whisk until the cream cheese is melted. Keep whisking and add the milk. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.
  • 3. Spread the chicken evenly over each lasagna noodle. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese over each noodle. Roll up the noodles and tuck in the ingredients.
  • 4. Place some sauce in bottom of 9x15 pan. Lay each lasagna roll in the pan. Pour remaining sauce over top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
  • 5. serve garnished with basil and more shredded parmesan

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and seasoning. Spread 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture onto each noodle. Roll up tightly; place, seam sides down, in 9-inch square baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
