1-2/3 cups hot water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Traditional Sage Stuffing Mix
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cut green beans, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
  • Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix soup and green beans; spoon evenly over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

2 cups long-grain white rice
2 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken breasts
1 (15 ounce) can mild green enchilada sauce
1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon mccormick gourmet roasted ground cumin
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Place chicken, enchilada sauce, olives, tomatoes, sour cream, salt, pepper and cumin into a large bowl, mixing to combine. Pour cooked rice into prepared baking dish and layer beans on top of rice. Pour chicken mixture over rice and top evenly with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until cheese is melted and rice is hot.

1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
3/4 cup milk (skim, low fat ok)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can French style green beans, undrained
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (reduced fat ok)
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2-3/4 cup canned French-fried onions

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Grease 2 qt baking dish.
  • In lge bowl combine rice, milk, beans and soup; blend well; pour into baking dish.
  • Place 1 chicken breast half between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and working from center, lightly pound chicken with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until 1/4 inch thick.
  • Remove wrap and repeat with remaining chicken breast halves.
  • Place 1/4 cup swiss cheese on each chicken breast half; roll up jello roll style and place over rice mixture in baking dish.
  • Cover with foil Bake for 50-55 minutes; top with onions; bake uncovered for about 5 to 10 more minutes.

10 3/4 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
10 oz frozen cut green beans, thawed

Steps:

  • 1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Season chicken breasts, top & bottom. Cut into 1-inch pieces and place in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix soup and green beans; spoon evenly over chicken. 2. Add hot water to stuffing mix (in same bowl from green bean mixture); stir just until moistened. Set aside. 3. After all water is absorbed, top casserole with prepared stuffing. 4. BAKE 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. THAW: To quick-thaw frozen beans, microwave for about half the microwave cooking time listed on the package.
