Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake crust for 10 minutes or until the bottom is slightly browned. Cool slightly.
- Cook onions in melted butter until soft. Cool slightly, then whisk together with milk, eggs, flour, seasonings, and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. Set aside.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese over bottom of crust. Layer chicken and broccoli over the cheese, then pour egg mixture over all.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. You may want to cover the crust edges with foil for the first 20 minutes.

- 1. Combine chicken and almonds and spread in the bottom of a buttered 10-inch pie plate; add swiss cheese,on top. In a blender on high, beat together Bisquick, eggs, salt, mace, and pepper for 15 seconds-until smooth. Pour carefully into pie plate. SprinkleParmesann on top. Bake in 400^ for 30 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with a dollop of avocado and sour cream blended together.
CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM QUICHE
This recipe makes two quiche, so you might wish to freeze one for another meal, it may be frozen sucessfully, just cover tightly with foil and place in the freezer, to bake, just thaw in the refrigerator overnight and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes, the quiche may be baked in two 9-inch pie pans instead of the quiche pans.

Steps:
- Set oven to 425 degrees.
- Line two 9-inch quiche dishes or pie plates with prepared pastry; prick the bottoms well with a fork.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
- Cool the crusts on a wire rack.
- In a small frypan, saute the onion and garlic until tender (about 3 minutes).
- In a bowl, combine the sauteed onions and garlic with grated cheese, bacon, mushrooms and cooked chicken; toss gently.
- Divide the mixture in half and spoon into the baked and cooled pie crust.
- In a bowl, combine/whisk the eggs, whipping cream, salt, pepper and dry mustard powder; whisk well until combined.
- Pour half of the cream/egg mixture over the veggies.
- Bake on lowest oven rack for 30 minutes, or until set.

If you are looking for something quick and easy this recipe is for you. A great way to use up any leftover chicken. Great for a picnic or quick lunch time snack. I sometimes add a few other vegetables when I have them left over.

- Whisk eggs, milk and butter together in a large jug.
- Sift the flour into a bowl. Make a well in the centre and gradually whisk in the milk mixture. Mix in half the cheese and all remaining ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into a deep greased pie 25cm pie plate.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a moderate oven (180c) for 35-40 minutes or until firm.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
- Line the prepared pie dish with puff pastry, covering base and sides. Trim excess pastry. Brush bottom with Dijon mustard.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped green onions and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more. Mix in chicken, and cook for 1 minute more.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, nutmeg, ground black pepper, and Italian seasoning together in a bowl.
