Got this spicy cheesy dip from Hope a friend of mine. Yes I adapted it. Yes you can used canned chicken. Recipe can be easily halved.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
10 ounces of chunky blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
12 ounces hot sauce, use your favorite from sriracha to chipotle hot to sweet

Steps:

  • Melt cream cheese and blue cheese dressing in a pot over low heat.
  • Place that in a large casserole.
  • Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded cheddar, shredded chicken, and hot sauce.
  • Give a good stir.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes until its hot a bubbly.
  • Serve with chips, cucumber slices, pepper sticks, celery.

This tangy, creamy dip tastes just like Buffalo chicken wings. It's best served hot with crackers and celery sticks. Everyone loves the results!

2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
¾ cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®)
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

Steps:

  • Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

2 boneless chicken breasts
4 Tbsp olive oil or veg oil
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 C milk
1/4 C mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice, fresh
3/4 tsp salt
1 Tsp garlic, fresh smashed or pdr
2-3 shakes tobasco sauce
1/4 C diced red peppers
1 jalapenos, fresh diced and seeded

Steps:

  • 1. Saute Chicken Breasts in Oil, remove from pan. Cut into small pieces.
  • 2. Mix in a Bowl; Cream Cheese, Milk, Mayo,Lemon Juice, Salt, Tabasco Sauce, & Peppers.
  • 3. Combine with Chicken. Place in 2 Qt casserole dish, BAKE: 350 for 20 Min, or till bubbly SERVE Warm, with Tortillas Chips, or Frito's Scoops and Ruffled Chips. BE WARE: These do have a KICK
