GLUTEN-FREE CHEX® BRITTLE

Steps:
- Heat oven to 300°F. Spray two 15x10x1-inch pans with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients until evenly coated. Spread in pans in single layer.
- Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until light golden brown. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.

Chex cereal recipe. This is the best snack. It always goes fast wherever I take it. Great as gift to give to guys too.

- 1. Heat oven to 325^. Spray 2 jelly roll pans with cooking spray. In large bowl , mix ingredients until evenly coated. Spread in pans in single layer. Bake 12 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
CHEX BRITTLE
This is an addicting EASY brittle...I usually hand it out as gift for the office holiday party and I'm always getting requests so I thought this would be an easy way to share. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. in a microwave safe bowl, melt the Chips
- 2. combine the other ingredients in a large bowl
- 3. when the chips are melted fully, pour them over mixture and then spread out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment/wax paper. Don't make it too thick or it will be difficult to break up (and eat)
- 4. Allow to cool completely. Once brittle is cooled, break into chunks and serve!
