1 pint raspberries
1 pint blueberries
1/2 pound Bing cherries
2 medium oranges, peeled, pith removed
2 tablespoons eau de vie

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the blueberries and raspberries. Working over parchment paper, pit the cherries, discard the pits, and add the fruit to the berry mixture. Section the oranges and add them to the bowl.
  • Pour the juices that have collected on the paper into the bowl, add the eau de vie, and gently toss. Divide among four bowls and serve.

11 oz can mandarin oranges drained
20 oz crushed pineapple drained
10 oz jar maraschino cherries drained
1 large cool whip
1 c chopped peacans

  • 1. Mix the cottage cheese and dry jello together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more.

1 can (12 ounces) lemon-lime soda

  • In a large saucepan, bring applesauce to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Slowly add soda and pineapple. Pour into a 1-1/2 qt. serving bowl. Refrigerate until firm.

1-20 oz. can(s) pineapple chunks, drained
1-15 oz. can(s) mandarine oranges, drained
1-15 oz. can(s) pitted sweet dark cherries, drained
1/2 c halved & seeded grapes
1 1/2 c minature marshmallows

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all fruit & chill.
  • 2. On top of the stove in a double broiler, place the following over boiled water until thick(about 2 minutes): 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten 2 TBL. sugar 2 TBL. heavy cream from a 1/2 pint container 2 TBL. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt Cool & chill Take the remainder of heavy cream & whip until stiff. Fold in the cooked, cooled dressin with the whipped cream. Cover & chill.

1 pint strawberry, halved
1 pint blackberry
1 1/2 tablespoons kirsch

Steps:

  • Measure out ½ cup of reserved syrup from cherries.

  • Pour reserved syrup and kirsch over fruit and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
