1 ½ fluid ounces cherry vodka
1 ½ fluid ounces cranberry juice
1 ½ fluid ounces pineapple juice

Steps:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; pour the vodka, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice over the ice; shake vigorously; strain into a chilled martini glass.

1 cup corn flake crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (5 ounce) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (21 ounce) can comstock brand cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Mix corn flake crumbs and margarine together in 9" pie pan. Press firmly and evenly over bottom and sides of pan to form crust. Chill.
  • Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • Add sweeten condensed milk. Blend.
  • Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  • Turn into crust. Refrigerate 2 - 3 hours or until firm. (Do not freeze.).
  • Top with cherry pie filling before serving.

This is a no cook filling, a no bake crust, you just blend and chill. Its fast and easy. It makes a quick pie to serve when you are in a hurry. I've used corn flakes for the crust, Also graham crust, or crumbled cookies. Which ever is convenient for you. It is an awesome pie so I hope you enjoy it.

1 c crushed cornflakes, ( you can use graham crackers or crumbled cookies )
1/3 c butter, melted
1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 8oz.
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk, 15oz.
1/2 c lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can(s) chilled cherry pie feeling

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cornflakes crumbs and butter thoroughly in 9 inch pan. may use graham cracker crumbs or cookie crumbs.Press firmly and evenly over bottom and sides of pan to form crust. Chill. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Turn into crust. refrigerate 3-4 hours, or until firm. ( do not freeze.) Top with filling just before serving. ( I sometime mix the cherries in with the cream cheese and condensed milk and use a chocolate crust which gives them that covered chocolate cherries flavor )

1 cans fruit pie filling
13 servings mix
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
0.25 cups sugar
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
13 slices baking dish

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk until creamy.
  • Pour into pie crust or 13x9-inch dish. Chill for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Take out, spread pie filling over the top and serve.
