If you like the Bing candy bars, you will love these. These are included in my Christmas Goodies every year.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 pinch salt
12 large marshmallows
2/3 cup evaporated milk
5 ounces cherry chips
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts

Steps:

  • Combine sugar, butter, salt, marshmallows and evaporated milk to a boil, and boil for 5 minutes. Stir constantly as this mixture can scorch easily. Remove from heat, stir in cherry chip until melted and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Chill until set. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter, either in microwave or on the stovetop, stir in peanuts. Pour over cherry mixture and chill again until set.

Number Of Ingredients 11

COMBINE
1 3/4 c sugar
2/3 c evaporated milk
1/2 c butter
1 dash(es) salt
ADD LATER
10 oz cherry chips
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz chocolate chips
3/4 c peanut butter
1 lb chopped salted peanuts

Steps:

  • 1. Combine the first 4 ingredients and cook over medium heat until full boil
  • 2. Boil for 5 minutes - stirring constantly
  • 3. Remove from heat and stir in cherry chips and vanilla
  • 4. Spread in 9x13 pan and chill
  • 5. Melt chocolate chips and 3/4 cup of peanut butter
  • 6. Fold in 1 pound of salted peanuts which have been chopped
  • 7. Spread on top and chill again

2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 large marshmellows
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oleo

Steps:

  • Combine in pan over medium heat until blended. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 6 oz. cherry chips 1 tsp. vanilla Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan. In top of double boiler, melt: 12 oz. chocolate chips 3/4 cup peanut butter when blended add: 1 1/2 cup crushed peanuts Spread over cherry mixture and refrigerate until set.
