Number Of Ingredients 7

1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 red pepper, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Reserve 1/2 cup mozzarella; refrigerate until ready to use. Combine remaining mozzarella with all remaining ingredients.
  • Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake 20 min. or until crab mixture is heated through and top is lightly browned. Top with reserved mozzarella.

1 1/2 cup(s) kkraft shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1- 8oz package(s) philadelphia, cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning
1 medium red pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped, (purple or white, cooks choice)
1-6oz can(s) canned crabmeat,drained & flaked or fresh if avalible
1 box(es) original wheat thins
1 1/8 box(es) triscuit crackers

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 Degrees. Remove 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese; cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Mix all remaining ingredients, {except crackers} until well blended. Spread into 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until crab mixture is heated through and top is lightly browned. Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot with the crackers.
