CHEESY HAMBURGER SUPPER
I have good memories of eating this all-in-one meal often while growing up. We all loved the flavor and seldom had leftovers. Instead of sprinkling it with cheddar, I sometimes create a cheese sauce using American cheese and milk. It makes it so cheesy! -Andrea Brandt, Newton, Kansas

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the water, poultry seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in gravy mix. Cook and stir until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes., Arrange the onion, carrot and potatoes over beef. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes longer.

CHEESY HAMBURGER SUPPER
Cheesy Hamburger Supper might remind you of lasagna. It has the same cheesy tomato flavours, but the addition of cream cheese makes it better!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium high heat, until beef is cooked and onions are softened. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stir.
- In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, cottage cheese and cream cheese.
- Add 1/2 of noodles to casserole dish followed by 1/2 of meat mixture and then all of the cheese mixture. Layer last 1/2 of noodles followed by last 1/2 of meat mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
