EASY CHEESY TUNA CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the water to prevent sticking. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, canned tuna, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Gently fold pasta into the soup mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour pasta and soup mixture into a 11x7 inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Evenly spread spinach in the bottom of prepared casserole dish; sprinkle with garlic salt. Arrange fish atop spinach, keeping the pieces side by side and larger pieces toward the outside of dish. Top fish with lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Combine Cheddar cheese, Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, and panko bread crumbs in a bowl; spread evenly over fish. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated for 12 to 15 minutes; uncover and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork and topping is lightly browned and crunchy, 5 to 8 more minutes.

Steps:
- Bring a pot of water to boil, and cook egg noodles for about 6 minutes. Drain. These will finish cooking in the oven.
- Spray a 1- 2 quart casserole dish or an 8x8 inch dish with cooking spray.
- Mix together soup, milk, tuna, peas, salt, and drained noodles.
- Pour into casserole dish and top with potato chips.
- Cook in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
