Lay a piece of foil over (not tight) bake for 30 minutes top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.

- 1. preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 13 x9 in.pan with Pam
- 2. Put 2 layers of chicken in pan, cover with proscuitto, top with spinach, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and to with mushrooms.
- 3. Whisk together oil, wine and herb packet and pour over everything. Cover with loose aluminum foil.
- 4. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and remove foil. Cover with shredded chesse and return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
