This southwestern-style casserole features layers of flour tortillas,ground beef, black beans, corn, salsa and Cheddar cheese. It's hearty, zesty and sure to become a family favorite!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 canned black beans
1 whole kernel corn
1 ground beef
1 Pace® Picante Sauce
2 chili powder
4 flour tortillas
1 Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 Cheddar cheese
1 cilantro

Steps:

  • 1 Heat the oven to 400°F. Stir the beans and corn in a medium bowl.
  • Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir in the picante sauce and chili powder.
  • Arrange 2 tortillas in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole. Top with half the beef mixture, bean mixture, soup and cheese. Repeat the layers. Cover the casserole.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with the cilantro.

1 ground beef
1 Pace® Picante Sauce
2 chili powder
8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
1 Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 shredded Cheddar cheese
Sour cream (optional)

Steps:

  • 1 Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  • Stir the picante sauce and chili powder in the skillet.
  • Layer 4 tortillas in a 2-quart microwave-safe shallow baking dish. Top with half of the meat mixture and half of the soup. Repeat the layers. Top with the cheese. Cover the dish.
  • Microwave at 70% power for 8 minutes or it's until hot and bubbling. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
