BAKED CHEESY CHICKEN MARINARA
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Step 1. marinade chicken in olive oil and Jack Daniels Marinade for about 30 to 40 mins. Step 2. lightly grease baking dish with butter and put chicken in pan with marinade jucies. Step 3. sprinkle with meat terderizer and salt and pepper. Step 4. cook chicken for about 35 minutes then pour spagetti sauce over chicken and let cook for about 20-25 more minutes or until done. Step 5. take out of oven and sprinkle cheese over chicken making sure well covered and put back in oven until cheese is melted. Serve over rice or with steamed vegetables.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet.
- Place beaten eggs in a shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl and mix with 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.
- Dip chicken breasts in the egg mixture. Coat chicken breasts on all sides with bread crumbs. Place chicken breasts on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes. Remove sheet from oven and top each breast with some marinara sauce. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the breasts.
- Bake until cheese has melted and sauce is bubbly, about 10 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

CHEESY CHICKEN MARINARA
Steps:
- 1. In a wok, heat 2 tablespoons oil over high heat until hot, swirling to coat sides of pan.
- 2. Add chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through, but still juicy, 3 to 4 minutes.
- 3. Remove to a plate.
- 4. In same wok, heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil over high heat.
- 5. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry until mushrooms are lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes.
- 6. Return chicken to wok.
- 7. Pour in marinara sauce.
- 8. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
- 9. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- 10. Sprinkle parsley on top.
- 11. Cover and cook until mozzarella melts, 1 to 2 minutes.
- 12. Serve over bed of cooked spaghetti/pasta.
