Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.
- Combine 4 cups mozzarella, pasta sauce, ricotta, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add cooked ziti and mix well to coat. Transfer to a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over top, along with parsley. Cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until thoroughly heated and cheese on top is melted, 20 to 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- Cook ziti according to package directions; drain; set aside.
- Mix ricotta, egg, parsley, 1-1/2 cups of the mozarella cheese, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Mix cooked sausage and pasta in with ricotta mixture.
- Mix in 3/4 jar of sauce.
- Transfer mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Top with the rest of the sauce and mozarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- To freeze: Cover dish with foil and freeze. When frozen you can pop it out of the container and put in a freezer bag if desired.
- To heat: Thaw. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes more.

When I first saw this recipe I could not believe how easy it was. Of course, I can't leave a recipe alone, and added a few changes to make it more "mine."

- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and add the ziti. Cook until tender, about 8 minutes, then drain the pasta.
- Place the ziti in a large bowl.
- Mix with the ricotta and half of the mozzarella.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Use butter, it tastes better.
- Mix the oregano and the paprika into the spaghetti sauce.
- Pour half of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the pan.
- Add the ziti mixture and cover with the remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes, until the casserole bubbles on the edges.

- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasonings and drain.
- Stir in the jar of spaghetti sauce and 1 cup of chicken broth.
- Allow this to simmer while you cook the noodles.
- Cook noodles until al dente and then drain.
- Stir one cup of sauce into the drained noodles.
- Add 1/2 cup of sauce to the bottom of a 9×13 dish, and then pour in 1/2 of the noodles.
- Top these noodles with half the cheese. Repeat these steps with the remainder of the ingredients.
- Bake for twenty minutes covered at 350 degrees.
- Remove foil and bake another ten minutes.

- 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, but do not add salt. Drain in a colander. 2. While pasta is cooking, prepare beef. In a large nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring, until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain beef in a colander. 3. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. In a large bowl, combine beef, pasta, mozzarella, ricotta, and parsley. Mix well. 4. In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, oregano, basil, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Pour 1/4 cup tomato sauce into an 8-inch square baking pan. Spread over bottom of pan. Spread pasta mixture over sauce. Top with remaining tomato sauce and Parmesan. 5. - Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring, until the garlic is golden, about 2 minutes. Add both cans of tomatoes and 1 cup of water. Increase the heat to medium-high and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat slightly, add the basil and simmer rapidly, uncovered, until thickened, 15 to 20 minutes. Discard the basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fennel and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Cook the ziti in the salted boiling water until very al dente, about 2 minutes less than the package directions. Drain the pasta and add it to the bowl.
- Add the tomato sauce, sopressata and half of the mozzarella and pecorino to the bowl and stir well to combine. Transfer the pasta to a 3- to 4-quart baking dish and dollop with spoonfuls of ricotta. Top with the remaining mozzarella and pecorino. Bake, uncovered, until browned, about 15 minutes. Let the pasta stand about 10 minutes before serving.
