BACON CHEESEBURGER BURRITOS

2 cups chicken broth
1 cup instant white rice
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
Worcestershire Sauce to taste
Garlic salt to taste
1 package bacon bits
1 lb Velveeta Cheese Product (any flavor desired), cubed
1 can Ro*Tel
8 flour tortillas, warmed

Steps:

  • Cook instant rice with chicken broth according to package directions.
  • Brown ground beef with onions in a skillet and season with Worcestershire Sauce and garlic salt to taste. Add bacon bits to skillet until heat until warmed through.
  • In a large mixing bowl melt Velveeta cubes. Add Ro*Tel, rice and meat mixture to the melted cheese and stir until well blended. Place mixture into tortillas and top with favorite burrito toppings.

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup French's mustard (any flavor)
1/2 cup french's tomato ketchup
1/2 cup dill pickle relish or 1/2 cup dill pickle, chopped
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Steps:

  • BROWN ground beef in large skillet; drain. Stir in Mustard, Ketchup and relish and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.
  • STIR in tomato and cheese. Divide mixture evenly among tortillas. Garnish with lettuce and additional tomato and cheese, if desired. Fold in ends and roll up tortillas.
